Before a call

What does it cost?short answer

The six-week setup starts at $10,000. That covers the review and the baseline, the priority pages and search fixes, the form handoff to sales, and tracking. Monthly work after that is quoted in the same proposal, based on how much we agree to take on, and you get both figures in writing before anything starts.

Do you work with companies like ours?short answer

If you're a B2B tech company and your marketing team owns the website, yes. Since 2021 I've shipped 100+ projects for AI, fintech, crypto, recruitment and services companies in Europe, the US and the UAE, including Redeploy, PastaHR, Rise Works and HASHWallet. It works best when a marketing lead agrees the priorities and someone in sales follows up on the enquiries. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so on the first call.

What if the work isn't paying off?short answer

You'll see it early, in numbers. We record the baseline in weeks 1 and 2, and each monthly report shows search visits, enquiries and accepted leads against it. We work on one priority at a time, so when a change doesn't move the numbers we know which one it was and pick the next one together. I recheck the baseline at month 3 and month 6.

What happens after I book a call?short answer

We spend 30 minutes on your site and the one thing you need it to do better. I'll tell you what I'd fix first and whether I'm the right fit. If we go ahead you get one written proposal with the setup price and the monthly figure, and the six weeks start once that's agreed and I have access to your site, analytics and forms.
