I start after brand and design are settled, because the structural decisions that make a site readable (how collections are modelled, which entities get their own URL, what the semantic outline of a page is) are cheaper to make once the design has stopped moving.

The information architecture has to be settled before anything starts, because that's what the CMS is modelled against and what the markup is built to express. Pixel-level design can keep moving after that.

Figma is part of the daily toolset alongside Webflow, so handoff comes straight from the file.

Timelines run three to ten weeks depending on how much of the content architecture already exists. A settled design with an unsettled structure is usually the longer end of that.
