I sequence after brand and design are settled, because the structural decisions that make a site readable (how collections are modelled, which entities get their own URL, what the semantic outline of a page is) are cheaper to make once the design has stopped moving.

That does not mean the design has to be finished to the pixel before anything starts. It means the information architecture should be agreed, because that is what the CMS is modelled against and what the markup is built to express.

Figma is part of the daily toolset alongside Webflow, so handoff is direct rather than mediated by a spec document.

Timelines run three to ten weeks depending on how much of the content architecture already exists. A settled design with an unsettled structure is usually the longer end of that.
