How does the setup work?
ProcessIt starts with a 30-minute call. After that the setup takes six weeks, then we work monthly. The timing depends on access to your site and tools, what we need from your team and how quickly changes are approved.
A written plan of what to fix first
I review the main pages, search visibility, enquiry flow and the data available, with marketing and sales. We agree the objective, record the baseline from day one and define how enquiries reach sales. You get a written report with the priorities and the plan.
Priority pages, fixes and tracking go live
The agreed priority pages and search fixes go live, along with the form handoff, editing controls and tracking. The week-six report covers what was done, the test results and the performance data available so far.
A website that keeps improving
Each month the site gets better at bringing in enquiries, and you see what it brought in against the baseline. Behind that sit a weekly strategy review, a monthly work plan and a monthly report. The baseline is rechecked at months 3 and 6. How firm the conclusions are depends on how much data there is.
