What happens after launch?
AnswerThe monthly work starts. The setup ends at week six, and from week seven we run on a weekly strategy review, a monthly work plan and a monthly report.
We work on one priority improvement at a time, chosen from the evidence and your marketing priorities: a page that needs rewriting, a search gap, a step in the enquiry flow where people drop off. I coordinate the work, review it before it goes live and report what changed.
The baseline recorded in week one is rechecked at months 3 and 6, so you can see what the site brings in compared with where it started. Your team keeps editing the site through the components and editing rules set up during the setup.
